HOW TO GET THERE

Event entrance is at 19 Bridgewater St, Brooklyn, NY 11222. Directions for GA and VIP ticket holders will be located at the intersection of Stewart Ave and Meeker Ave.

  • The best way to get to Under the K Bridge is via public transit on MTA Subway (G Train to Nassau Ave or L Train to Graham Ave) or MTA Bus on the B24 Line to Cherry St/Vandervoort Av Stop. This is subject to change so please check the latest MTA updates on MTA.info.
  • Rideshare drop off and pick up is also located at 19 Bridgewater St, Brooklyn, NY 11222. (Please enter this address for your rideshare destination).
  • There is no parking at the venue or on the residential streets near the venue. For your own convenience, please do not plan to drive and park.

TICKET INFO

Download the AXS Mobile app and login to your account before you arrive at the venue for seamless entry.

  • Box office on site will be available to assist with ticket issues.
  • Limited tickets will be available for sale at the box office. Online sales prior to arrival are encouraged.
  • No re-entry after exit.

If you have purchased GA tickets, please follow the GA entrance path and enter through the GA main gate on Gardner Ave and Thomas St as listed on the site map.

Please note: You will NOT be able to enter through the VIP entrance on Stewart Ave without a VIP ticket.

BAG POLICY

The maximum allowable bag size is 16″ x 16″ x 8″ which means that most small soft-sided bags and purses are allowed. Hard-sided containers including coolers, briefcases and ice chests are prohibited.

All persons, bags, and other items may be subject to security screening. We reserve the right to not allow any bag or other personal item to be brought into the venue. Any unattended bag or object will be dealt with in such a way as we consider appropriate.

There will be no bag or coat check available on site. However, a limited quantity of lockers will be available to reserve on site on a first come first serve basis.

Note: Laptops and iPads are permitted into the venue but must be stored in a bag while on site.

LOCKERS

How can I buy a locker?
Lockers can be rented on the event day at the venue. Simply scan a QR code located near the lockers to access the webstore, complete your purchase, and instantly receive your assigned locker number and PIN.

Can I use my locker throughout the event?
Once you buy a locker, you have unlimited access to it throughout the event. Just re-enter your code whenever you need to open it, and remember to close the door and spin the dial to relock. Feel free to share your PIN with friends.

How many items fit in a locker?
They can accommodate either two coats or one coat and one standard-sized bag comfortably.

Bags larger than what is listed in our bag policy are not permitted.

I left something in my locker after the event.

As part of the park’s sustainability efforts, Under The K will implement Cup Zero (www.cupzero.com). Please return your cups to any point of sale to reduce plastic waste and avoid any additional sustainability fee.

WEATHER INFO

  • All shows at Under the K Bridge are rain or shine.
  • Majority of the venue has overhead coverage from the bridge; however, we encourage all attendees to dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
  • Umbrellas are not allowed into the venue.

ADA ACCOMMODATIONS

If you have any questions about medical matters or require ADA-related services, please reach out to us at info@bowerypresents.com at least 24 hours before your arrival.

One of our team members will promptly get in touch with you to address your concerns.

An ADA viewing section is available near the main stage for an optimal experience. An event staff at the Guest Services tent will be able to assist you once you are in the venue.

GA ticket holders with ADA requirements must enter through the VIP entrance on Stewart Ave and Thomas St.

MEDICAL / PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION

Your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to support you in every way possible. Highly skilled medical personnel will be stationed across the event venue, with trained EMTs ready to respond to any medical emergencies promptly.

Should you notice anyone requiring medical attention during the event, please don't hesitate to reach out to a member of our medical or security team. Your vigilance and assistance in guiding them to the medical facilities are greatly appreciated. Let's take care of each other and ensure everyone's safety and well-being throughout the event!

To ensure safety, any prescription medication you carry must be confirmed by an on-site medic before entry. Only prescriptions in their original containers, labeled with your name, will be permitted inside the venue. The medication amount should be appropriate for the event's duration. Mixed medications in unlabeled containers are prohibited.
